While visiting the trade show, please keep in mind to follow the rules and regulations so mentioned to maintain the reputation of the event and for it to be possible for everyone to enjoy the trade show and for it to be a success.
- We are not responsible for any misdemeanor acts committed by the attendees.
- We do not take responsibility for any participant’s personal items.
- Payment is not refundable.
- Any action committed that is not in lieu with the theme of the show will lead to serious consequences.
- Please register yourself at the venue by 9 30 am, and collect your attendee kit and use your pass for smooth sailing.
- Lunch and Tea break are not unlimited and will be served on time and cannot be taken later.
- Workshops are included in the pass, but do need earlier checking in, so please do the same.
- Attendees are requested to park their cars in the lots so provided to them for easy navigation.
- The organizers are not responsible for any misconception made on part of the attendee, as all relevant facts and information is provided on the website.
- Please do not litter the area.
